🌿 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If your order isn’t perfect, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Footwear must include original boxes (shipped inside a different box). Damaged boxes cannot be accepted.

Initiating a Return

Email sales@lylacarlisle.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds & Store Credits

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Store credits (if applicable) are non-transferable and for the original purchaser only.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for items received as defective or damaged. To exchange, email sales@lylacarlisle.com and send your item to:

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and intimate apparel.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend trackable, eco-friendly shipping.
